- KOZOON.ch provides a 12-month guarantee for all mobile accessories, covering manufacturing defects and operational failures under normal usage conditions.
3. Return Policy and Return Fees
- Customers have the right to return products within a specified period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- A return fee of 10% of the product price will be charged for each return, with a minimum fee of 4 CHF. This fee covers expedition, return processing and restocking expenses.
